Experience:I believe in resolving the stresses of life, relationships and transitions not only by identifying and overcoming obstacles, but also by tapping into and improving our strengths, and through treating each other and ourselves well. I have been helping individuals, couples and families for 14 years. In doing so, I have found that we can reach a greater feeling of self worth and fulfillment in our lives and relationships by developing healthy communication, and mutual respect and understanding. In treatment, and in my lectures, articles and occasional television interviews I address stress reduction, depression, family and work relationships, violence prevention, trauma/child abuse recovery, chemical dependency, and coping with chronic illness. I am certified in hypnosis and can help to improve performance, overcome dysfunctional habits, and cope with pain, illness and injury.
